Clarks Court Bay Marina Project

The Project, to be implemented in three phases over a projected three-year period, comprises the creation of a world-class residential marina and boatyard suited to the needs of the 21st century, which is intended to include the following principal design elements:


  • A fully serviced quay and floating breakwater to accommodate up to 60 yachts;
  • Two piled jetties to accommodate a 100 ton boat lift;
  • A fully serviced boatyard providing storage for up to 260 boats;
  • A restaurant, bar, supermarket, shops and other amenities;
  • A boutique hotel and other short-stay accommodations with a total of 40 keys; and
  • Landscaped grounds and all required infrastructure works, utilities and services.

 

The Project site, comprising 4 ha (10 acres) now owned by the developers and an adjacent 2 ha (5 acres) for which the developers are negotiating ownership, is located in the Woburn Clarke’s Court Bay which is designated as a Marine Protected Area (MPA).
